Today’s drawing is root vegetables! I have been doing a lot of cooking, so this naturally came up on my Pinterest feed. I love root veggies because they last a looooong time and I get less spoilage and more time to use them up. By the way, I just read that root vegetables are not good to freeze. Good to know.
