Illustration: Covid-19 Pattern for Flyleaf

I have been working with some new clients, and they needed a flyleaf design for their book Sick Bureau. I created this design of the Covid-19 in a pattern, which became the spread on the inside of the front and back covers. This was made as a vector image with raster details using an app that is new to me, Affinity Designer. I think the program is the bomb and I like it much more than Adobe Illustrator. I think I may have found my new Forever App!
