Read MoreHorse is the second card I did using my new process. I have been using Affinity designer, and I really like it! I am a Photoshop geek, nearly expert, having been a digital photo retoucher as well as using it for my primary means of finishing an illustration. So, switching has been interesting!

This illustration took WAY less time to make than my traditional method that I’ve been using for years, and I like the textures I’m using. This is one in a series of Animal Medicine Cards I have been working on for a while. New card!
Read MoreI’m planning on making an illustration of enormous flower arrangements with animals in front of them, so I’m playing around with flowers. Passionflowers, tulips, lotus, marigolds (2 different kinds), and some funky imagined flowers too.
